Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading Healthcare Solutions Provider headquartered in the USA. They are expanding their team due to a major increase in nationwide Medicaid and Medicare projects. They’re seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in .NET technologies, specifically ASP.Net Web Forms, and a background in the healthcare industry.

They offer an excellent salary of up to 170,000 depending on experience  Bonus  Remote Flexibility  Benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technical projects across Medicaid and Medicare systems
• Oversee full software development lifecycle with .NET-based technologies
• Translate program goals into clear project plans with achievable milestones
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk
• Train and mentor junior project staff
• Present updates and proposals to senior stakeholders and executives

Experience:

• 6 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager
• 3 years working with Medicaid and Medicare programs (preferred)
• Proven experience in the healthcare industry is essential
• Strong technical understanding of ASP.Net Web Forms and .NET stack
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training
• Skilled in structuring and communicating across multiple business units

Salary

Location

 The client has an office presence in New York and offers a flexible working environment with hybrid or remote options depending on candidate preference.
