SOFTWARE TEST ANALYST – HYBRID LONDON – UP TO £35,000

My client are a UK-based specialist software house, formed in 2006 to develop financial modelling software and services for the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

• The Test Analyst will create test scripts; identify issues through test
  execution, track defect resolution and report on test results.
• They should be competent in test methodologies and be prepared to qualify to ISTQB Foundation level
• Contribute to the Test Automation roadmap and test framework
• Ensure testing is designed, executed and recorded according to the QA best practice framework
• Analyse requirements, solution specifications and carry out test design to ensure test coverage and establish test priority
• Responsible for creating test scripts for all test phases and cross referencing them to release / project scope
• Review all relevant documentation to ensure QA is applied, by carrying out static testing techniques
• Produce test statistics and provide to Product Manager for quarterly dashboard reporting to the board
  
  

Requirements:

• Experience of Azure DevOps / Git
• Programming experience in C# and vb.net
• Experience of test design techniques, focusing on business critical scenarios / use cases
• Working with representatives of the business user / testing community and supporting them through testing activities

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up to £35,000 per annum for the right candidate!
