Remote Partner Success Manager €60k

Pearson Carter are working with a well-established international Microsoft Partner who provide scalable business applications to their clients in the Dynamics Ecosystem. They are seeking a Partner Success Manager to assist with the onboarding of new partners at the company and build on the long-term relationships had with their clientele.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new partners to target and onboard.
• Responsible for onboarding partners, selling licenses, developing marketing strategies.
• Building long term relationships.
• Analyse partner performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise revenue streams.
• Contract Negotiation.
• Lead negotiations.
• Strategic planning to develop a comprehensive partner recruitment strategy to attract key players in the industry.

Experience

• 5 years sales experience.
• Experience in Business Applications across CRM or ERP.
• Software experience is desired across Dynamics or Salesforce.
• You need a natural salesperson who is self-reliant, and target driven.
• Someone who isn’t happy just signing a deal and moving on, they need to be a real relationship builder and have good account management skills to keep up to date with the partners.
• You need be keen to work together with marketing managers to set up campaigns.

Salary

The salary for this role is up to €60k and have a great commission structure on top of this.

Location

You are expected to work on a remote basis from Paris with the occasional visits in office/across their clients’ offices (also in Paris).
