M365 Specialist (Power Platform) – up to £50K – London

Pearson Carter are partnered with a multinational professional services company that specialise in project management and consulting. They are seeking a M365 Specialist with strong Power BI and (desirable) Power Platform experience to join their growing team. This is a perfect role for a candidate who is looking to join a business that has just went through a large digital transformation with plenty of work in the pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and ensuring operational health of the existing M365 environment
• Troubleshoot M365 related issues including connectivity and mobility when alerted
• Involved throughout the lifecycle of projects, using broad experience in Microsoft Platforms and enterprise technology architecture
• Conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include audit log reports evaluation, system and storage utilisation reports, and more
• Producing dashboard reports and management information, particularly around the consumption of licenses and resources as well as user adoption

Experience

• 2 years’ experience in similar positions
• Power Platform: Power BI (essential), Power Automate & Power Apps (desirable) 
• Experienced working with tools such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and PowerShell
• Experience in supporting Microsoft 365 for an enterprise business, and migration activities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary

The annual salary for this role is up to £50,000 depending on experience.

Location

This company has office based in London. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent opportunity that requires 5x a week in office during probation, before reducing to 4x a week in office.
