Job Title: IT Business Partner – Data

Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office)
Salary: Up to £75K + £6.5K car allowance

Pearson Carter is excited to assist a leading asset management firm with operations across 13 European countries in their search for a skilled IT Business Partner to join their Data team. The ideal candidate will bring financial sector experience and be passionate about driving data strategy and development within an international organization. Salary Package:

• Up to £75,000
• 20% performance bonus
• £6.5K car allowance
• 6% pension

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align with business needs
• Lead and manage the company’s data governance initiatives
• Ensure that data products and services from partners/vendors adhere to governance policies
• Provide actionable, data-driven insights to support business decisions
• Play an active role in enhancing the Business Partner function beyond traditional expectations

Experience & Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in the finance sector
• 5+ years in a similar IT Business Partner or data-related role
• Proven ability to work both strategically and operationally, from planning to execution
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and data extraction/analysis
• Degree in IT or equivalent technical data experience

Location:
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week required in the Manchester office.
