Engineering Manager

Software Engineering Manager | up to £120,000 | Fully Remote

Pearson Carter are currently working with an industry leading cyber security training platform that are looking for a Software Engineering Manager. Their aim is to utilise learning content to cover all skills from complete beginner to the seasoned hacker. Your role will involve everything from maintaining the current code base, developing awesome features to support users and of course, leading and guiding your team of developers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, guide and mentor the Software Engineering team while communicating with stakeholders and senior management.
• Working in a full stack environment developing and improving the in-house platform
• Working with product managers, designers, tech leads and developers on project plans and technical execution
• Mentoring and coaching developers, providing technical guidance and feedback

Experience:

• Previous experience managing Software Development teams with MERN stack
• Proven track record successfully guiding and leading teams through projects
• Strong experience working with MERN stack
• Strong understanding of AWS
• Interest or experience within cyber security or education industries

Salary

• They offer an outstanding salary package: up to £100,000 with fully remote working with flexible working hours and a strong benefits package.

Location

This role is fully remote so you will be working from home 100% of the time.
