Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Support Consultant, on-site, up to £50K

 

Pearson Carter are currently working with a leading designer with operations around the world, based in the West Midlands. They are looking to add an experienced Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central Support Consultant to join their growing team. They are looking for someone who has extensive experience in a similar role and can hit the ground running with 1st and 2nd line support.

 

They offer an excellent salary of up to £50K depending on experience + 23 days holiday + on-site parking

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer support queries and offering 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support
• Take ownership of support issues and managing them correctly
• Keeping customers informed on the progress of support tickets
• Escalate any queries to the relevant parties when required

 

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience providing support in NAV/D365 BC
• Experience with 1st to 3rd line support
• Experience with troubleshooting, basic modifications, debugging
• Strong knowledge and a track record of working in a similar environment

 

Salary

Location

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV/D365 Business Central client has got an office in the Birmingham area. Please note, this is a full-time, permanent position that requires five days a week in the office.
