Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Consultant to play a key role in helping our clients optimize and leverage their Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dynamics CRM implementation, configuration, and customization, with a deep understanding of business processes and how technology can drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective Dynamics CRM solutions

• Design, implement, and configure Dynamics CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM solutions are integrated with other business systems

• Provide customizations to CRM functionality, including workflows, business rules, plugins, and reports

• Offer technical guidance and best practices to clients to optimize CRM usage and business processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve any CRM-related issues, ensuring smooth business operations

• Assist in the development of training materials and provide training for users

• Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and create technical specifications

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including experience in implementation and customization

• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.)

• Proficiency in CRM configuration, workflows, and customizations using tools such as Power Automate, PowerApps, and C#

• Experience with integrations between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems

• Familiarity with SQL Server, Power BI, and other data management tools is a plus

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to analyze business processes and propose technology-driven solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications

• Experience in Agile methodologies

• Knowledge of Azure, DevOps, and related cloud technologies
