Dynamics Business Central  Consultant  – Fully Remote – Up to 140k 10% Bonus Health benefits PTO 

Pearson Carter are currently partnered an award winning Microsoft Gold Partner are currently looking to expand their practice by hiring a talented Dynamics BC Consultant to join their established team. This is a remote position working on customer projects alongside other top Microsoft professionals.

C2C and Sponsorship is not available for this position

This position is responsible for providing business consulting, implementation, and support service activities focused on Microsoft ERP solutions related third party products to clients, leading and managing complex implementations. This requires a strong understanding of accounting, significant technology understanding and diverse industry business process experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements gathering, gathering information and evaluating options before architecting an integration of technologies to solve problems.
• Train and support users of Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions and related tools.
• Build and maintain strong, loyal, long term client relationships, managing implementations, guiding other consultants, and fulfilling the role of being a trusted business advisor.
• Apply proper accounting standards in planning and design decisions made relating to Dynamics BC setup, process design flows, transactional testing and posting methodologies.
• Lead presales discovery and demos, manage preparation and presentation of proposals.  
• Develop the knowledge and skills required to identify client needs and related opportunities which can be addressed through services and products provided by the client.
• Mentor and train other consultants on best practices, project methodology, and professional services. Lead and review work performed by other consultant on projects by promoting teamwork.  
• Create and maintain current vendor industry specific certifications and stay current on new products and solutions by utilizing networks of resources.  

Required Experience:

• Experience working with operational accounting, product distribution and fulfilment, warehouse management, manufacturing, or other related business processes. 
• Experience providing business consulting services, supporting business systems, or implementing accounting/ERP solutions.
• 4 Years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or related ERP solutions.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.  

Salary

This client is offering an excellent salary package up to 140k  10% Bonus Health benefits PTO
