Job Title: Dynamics AX Business Analyst

About Us:

We are currently working with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is based in San Antonio, TX. They are seeking a talented and driven Dynamics AX Business Analyst to join their dynamic team as they continue to expand. They are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics AX and business processes to help optimize their ERP systems and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Dynamics AX.
• Lead the design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Dynamics AX solutions across various modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Provide end-user support and training, ensuring smooth adoption and effective utilization of Dynamics AX within the organization.
• Work with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, identify system improvements, and support ongoing system enhancements.
• Perform system integrations and data migrations between Dynamics AX and other systems as required.
• Continuously assess business processes and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the ERP system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics AX to recommend best practices and optimize system performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Dynamics AX (preferably AX 2012 or D365).
• Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, manufacturing, and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, document processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues, as well as recommend process improvements.
• Experience with SQL and data analytics tools is a plus.

Salary

This client is offering an excellent salary package up to 130k  Health benefits  PTO

The Microsoft Dynamics AX/ F&O client is located in San Antonio, TX as well as having offices in Mexico, Australia, Europe, UK
