D365 Systems Manager - £60K - London

Pearson Carter are partnered with a financial end user to assist with their search in bringing a IT specialist on board. They are seeking a D365 Systems Manager to take ownership of the internal business processes. This role will include regularly evaluating the CRM system and getting feedback, analysing the support request trends to identify areas of improvement through training and development, as well as requirements gathering to enhance and automate existing systems to align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with key stakeholders and business users to understand their needs (requirements gathering)
• Understand the customisation and configuration capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
• Conducting system testing including user acceptance testing to ensure intended features
• Considering how other systems might interact / integrate with Dynamics CRM

Experience

• 5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills with different teams in the business
• Industry experience in Finance and exposure with Financial Reporting is desireable
• Proven experience with stakeholder management, requirements gathering, creating enhancements to the business systems
• ERP Platform experience with MS Dynamics CRM / D365 CE and Power Platform experience is required

Location

This company has office based in Camden, London. Please note, this is a hybrid position that requires 3x a week in office, with full flexible working working available based on personal requirements. No sponsorship is available
