Pearson Carter is collaborating with a prominent Microsoft Gold Partner in their search for a Principle Delivery Manager to join their rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities

• Managing multiple large-scale projects at one time.
• Challenge customers and deal with escalations/solve problems.
• Overseeing various PMO processes.
• Assistance in management reporting as necessary.
• Project Management and pre-sales.
• Ensure projects adhere to predefined time, cost, and quality benchmarks
• Exemplifying effective leadership in change management processes.

Experience

• 10-15 years+ senior project management experience.
• MS Partner/professional services experience a must.
• Charity project experience is good to have.
• Must have strong CRM experience, as well as NAV/BC.
• Must be experienced challenging customers and having difficult conversations.
• Having the ability to work on both the large-scale projects as well as the small, short term projects (previous experience across both is beneficial for the role).

Salary

The salary for this role is up to £75k and includes benefits such as:

• 23 days holiday.

Location
